Editorial policy
How we write and check our articles.
Advice about hiring and jobs affects people's careers and businesses. These are the rules every article on our blog follows.
- 01Who writes
- Our articles are written by the recruiters who do the work. Each one names its author, and their role and background are shown at the end of the article.
- 02What we write from
- We write from what we see on calls with hiring managers and job seekers, and from official sources. Every article says what first-hand work it draws on.
- 03Sources
- Facts about law, regulation or public services link to the primary source, such as a government portal or the text of a regulation. We list every source at the end of the article.
- 04Review
- Articles are checked before they go live. Where a second person on our team reviews an article, their name is shown. We re-check every article at least once a year and show the date it was last checked.
- 05No made-up numbers
- We don't publish statistics we can't source, testimonials we don't have, or examples presented as real when they aren't. Sample profiles are clearly marked as samples.
- 06Our interest
- We're a recruitment firm, and some articles describe our own services. When they do, we say so in a disclosure at the end.
- 07Corrections
- If you spot a mistake, email hello@agnihire.com. We correct errors as soon as we confirm them, and update the article's date.
- 08Not advice
- Our articles are general guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. For decisions with legal consequences, speak to a qualified professional.
