Privacy Notice

Who we are. AgniHire Talent Solutions is a recruitment firm run by SolutoZeeX Corporations. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If you have a question, write to our grievance officer at privacy@agnihire.com.

What we collect from candidates. Your name, phone number, email, city, CV, work history, current and expected CTC, notice period, the roles you're interested in, and notes from our conversations with you. If you get an offer, the hiring company may ask for further details for background verification, and we'll ask for your consent before passing anything on. We don't ask for your Aadhaar number, date of birth, religion, caste or family details. If you send us an Aadhaar card, please send a masked version showing only the last four digits.

What we collect from clients. Names, work contact details and the hiring information you share with us, such as role details and salary bands.

What we collect from website visitors. Basic, anonymous analytics: which pages are visited and where visitors came from. We don't use advertising trackers.

Why we use it. To match candidates with jobs, contact you about relevant roles, arrange interviews, manage offers and joining, and invoice our clients. We never use candidate data to sell you anything else, and we never sell data to anyone.

Consent. We use your data because you've agreed to it, for example by submitting our form or saying yes on WhatsApp. Before sharing your profile with any company, we ask you separately, naming the company and the role. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with. A hiring company, only after you've said yes to that specific company and role. A background verification firm, only after an offer and with your consent. And the service providers we use to run our business, such as email, file storage, forms and invoicing tools, who handle data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it. Candidate data is kept for 12 months after we last spoke with you, unless you ask us to keep it longer. Messages sent through our hiring and contact forms are kept for 12 months too. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights. You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw consent, and you can nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. The easiest way: reply DELETE on WhatsApp or email privacy@agnihire.com. We act on deletion requests within 72 hours.

How we protect it. Access is limited to named team members, every account uses two-step verification, and files are never shared by public link. If there's ever a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you without delay.

Under-18s. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Complaints. Contact our grievance officer, Anjali Pooja, at privacy@agnihire.com. We'll reply within 72 hours. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes. If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, we'll tell you directly.
